I am Lívia Györfi, owner of the apartments at Szigliget and Balatonfüred and hopefully will be your host in the near future. 🙂

I am a permanent resident at Pécs now, but I adore Balaton since I spent summer vacations of my childhood at Szigliget and Tapolca. Still I dream about to move to this wonderful place sometime.
The story started in 2007 when I became owner of my first apartment at Szigliget.
It was plausible to develop the place to accommodate guests as we did it later with our two other lakeside properties as well.
I feel lucky in the role of being a host, I enjoy every moment of my job. It is my pleasure to see the permanent development of the apartments, actively participate in it from planning till implementation of new improvements.
To receive the first 10 points rating in a season is very reassuring.
To hear praiseful judgements from long time regular guests is invaluable!

Our guests said so
The Szömörce Gesthause is a real homely island, a perfect choice for groups of friends or a large family. We were also here as a family and everyone could enjoy their own little private space - plus two rooms open directly onto the beautiful back garden. There is a cozy outdoor pergola with seating and barbecue, perfect for garden parties. The other rooms offer a wonderful view of the Tihany peninsula and Lake Balaton. The whole house is sparkling clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The billiards room on the ground floor, which is directly connected to the kitchen, offered a very special experience. And the beds and linens were so comfortable that we slept as deeply as babies. :)

Szömörce Gesthaus is located in a beautiful environment with a wonderful view of Lake Balaton. This makes up for having to go to the beach by car. A very good choice for several families and groups of friends, a spacious, sophisticatedly equipped house that exceeds expectations! It is also possible to grill and relax outdoors!
